Business Group Overview
The Vision as a Service team, part of Manufacturing IT, is focused on developing innovative solutions to enhance operations on the manufacturing floor. The team works on new products and startups within manufacturing IT, identifying challenges and building solutions that improve operational efficiency. One of the products they're developing will be used by dealership groups, with a primary focus on services within dealerships. This collaboration between CCA and Manufacturing IT presents a unique opportunity to create and deploy cutting-edge technologies in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Typical Day in the Role
As a member of the software development team, you will be responsible for:
- Sprint Planning & Task Management: Collaborating with team members to assign tasks, define user stories, and set goals and milestones for the development cycle.
- Daily Standups & Team Huddles: Participating in daily standups, tech huddles, and architecture discussions to keep the team aligned and progress on track.
- Collaboration: Working remotely with cross-functional teams and actively engaging in group discussions and decision-making processes.
- Development & Deployment: Working through the full software development cycle, from conceptualization to deployment, to ensure high-quality solutions are delivered on time.

Top Must-Have Skills
- Education: Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field (Master's degree is a plus).
- Experience: 7+ years of experience in AR/VR development or related fields.
- Production Experience: Proven experience building AR/VR models that have been implemented in production environments.
- Technical Skills:
- Strong proficiency in C#, C++, and Python.
- Experience working with Teamcenter software.
Nice-to-Have Skills
- Familiarity with CAD software such as Unity or Unreal Engine.
The target hiring compensation range for this role is $70 to $77.39 an hour. Compensation is based on several factors including, but not limited to education, relevant work experience, relevant certifications, and location.
