Partner with the best
In this position, you will be working with both internal and external parties to perform a variety of duties. Some of these include ensuring that product is being shipped internationally (Export and Import) in a cost efficient, timely and compliant manner. You may also be in charge of small projects such as freight bill auditing and processing payment.
As an Assembly Repair Maintenance and OverhaulARMO Coordinator, you will be responsible for:
- Receiving, storing, issuing and maintaining a wide range of support equipment
- Inspecting goods on receipt as necessary, submit for replacement / repair as required
- Updating and maintaining the calibration on equipment and record in the system
- Ensuring goods received from infield project are restocked and fit for purpose
- Assisting in data entry into Maximo system, for all out bound shipments
- Assisting in the tracking and accuracy of serialized assets
- Storing goods in the appropriate manner and ensures efficient retrieval
- Carrying out general support duties within personal competence
- Performing other duties as required
- Prepping and packaging support crates for domestic shipments
- Assisting with region to region shipments to include packaging, documentation, loading
Fuel your passion
To be successful in this role you will:
- Possess a High School diploma or GED
- Have basic computer skills and be able to write clearly to complete all required paperwork

- This role will be working 6:30 am - 3:30 pm - Monday to Friday and the ability to work on-shift and on-duty as required
