Our financial services client is looking for a Campaign Manager to work an assignment (lasting at least until the end of the year, possibly longer) in Wilmington, DE (40 hrs/week). This role is currently a hybrid position (2 days a week onsite, 3 days work from home); however, the client disclosed that the position will likely become 5 days/week onsite at some point in time.
Position Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled Campaign Manager Advanced to drive and optimize our marketing campaigns across various channels. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in digital marketing strategies, particularly in social media, PPC, and SEO, and will be responsible for developing effective content strategies that align with our brand's objectives. This role requires a data-driven approach to analyze campaign performance and make informed decisions to enhance our outreach efforts.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive marketing campaigns across multiple channels including social media, PPC, and email marketing.
- Create and implement content strategies that resonate with target audiences and drive engagement.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, insights, and opportunities for campaign improvement.
- Utilize analytics tools to track and report on campaign performance, adjusting strategies as necessary to maximize ROI.
- Manage A/B testing initiatives to optimize campaign effectiveness and user engagement.
- Collaborate with the brand management team to ensure consistent messaging and positioning across all campaigns.
- Oversee CRM strategies to enhance customer relationships and retention through targeted marketing efforts.
- Coordinate with advertising teams to ensure cohesive and integrated campaign execution.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
- Experience in campaign management or a similar role.
- Strong knowledge of social media platforms, PPC advertising, SEO strategies, and email marketing best practices.
- Experience in developing and executing content strategies that drive brand awareness and customer engagement.
- Proficiency in analytics tools for tracking campaign performance and making data-driven decisions.
- Familiarity with A/B testing methodologies and tools to optimize marketing efforts.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
