We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Consumer Testing Coordinator to support the management of our Consumer Claims Testing Program. This role involves coordinating approximately 25 studies per year, maintaining participant engagement, and ensuring the smooth execution of both consumer and in-salon testing programs. The ideal candidate will possess excellent organizational and communication skills, with a passion for customer service and a flair for social media management.
Key Responsibilities:
Consumer Claims Testing Program Management

Participant Recruitment and Engagement: Assist in recruiting study participants, ensuring alignment with specific study requirements. Maintain direct communication with approximately 75 participants per study, providing updates and support throughout the process.

Product Shipment and Tracking: Prepare and manage shipping logistics, including creating shipping labels and maintaining accurate participant profiles and tracking details. Ensure timely shipment of test products and gift items upon study completion.

Study Monitoring and Completion: Monitor participant progress during the 4-week study period, sending reminders and updates as needed. Reward participants upon study completion with gifts and access to our company store.

Inventory Management: Maintain an evergreen inventory of companies items for gifting purposes.
- System Management and Reporting: Build and manage studies in the testing software system, ensuring real-time data access and participant reminders. Assist in preparing study reports for Global Marketing, RAI Claims, and Valorization Teams to support claims substantiation.
Testing Program Recruitment and In-Salon Coordination:

Participant Onboarding: Facilitate registration and profile creation for new models/participants. Conduct skin allergy testing when applicable.

In-Salon Model Scheduling: Efficiently rotate new models into the testing calendar for in-salon programs.

Social Media Recruitment: Manage recruitment-focused social media content on platforms like Instagram and Facebook. Create engaging posts and video content to attract new participants.
Qualifications:
- Organizational Skills: Exceptional attention to detail and proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
- Customer Service: High level of professionalism and dedication to participant satisfaction.
- Social Media Management: Experience with Instagram and Facebook, including video editing skills.
- Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with Microsoft Outlook and Teams.
- Preferred Qualifications:
- Cosmetology license (preferred but not required).
- Spanish-speaking ability is a plus.
The target hiring compensation range for this role is $25 to $27 hourly. Compensation is based on several factors including, but not limited to education, relevant work experience, relevant certifications, and location.
