As a Contracts Operations Administrator at Aledade, you will play a vital role in supporting our Growth and Performance teams by assisting in the creation, management, and distribution of critical contract documents. This entry-level position offers the opportunity to develop a strong foundation in contract administration while working closely with our Salesforce Team to ensure our systems are optimized to support the entire contracting lifecycle.
You will also gain hands-on experience collaborating with our ACO Administration Team, helping ensure compliance with CMS requirements in the management of our MSSP ACOs. We are flexible with respect to geographic location, and the ideal candidate will be comfortable working remotely/work from home within the US or be based from Bethesda, MD office.
Primary Duties
- Create and send contracts via the Salesforce Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) tools.
- Support the Salesforce Team in ad-hoc requests to ensure data hygiene in our system
- Support the ACO Administration Team with CMS MSSP Application related tasks
Minimum Qualifications
- BA or BS required
- 3+ years progressive working experience
- Prior experience drafting contracts in a CLM tool
- Prior experience working in Salesforce
- Demonstrated project management skills, highly organized , attention to detail.
- Ability to meet deadlines while managing a substantial workload in a fast -paced environment
Preferred KSA's
- Experience in value-based programs and contract language
- Experience using Google Suite of tools
Salary Range: $62,000 to $74,000 base + bonus + equity
Compensation for the role will depend on a number of factors, including a candidate's qualifications, skills, competencies and experience.
