About this role:
Wells Fargo is seeking a Finance Senior Manager to lead forecasting, budgeting and actuals reporting of CSBB Staff Support functions. The leader will provide financial support for several OC+1 leaders within CSBB while developing and building a high performing team.
In this role, you will:
- Team leadership & development: manage and develop high-performing team in support of financial advisory services for several of CSBBs staff support functions, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and collaboration
- Financial strategy & planning: develop and implement financial strategies that support CSBBs long-term goals, including annual budgeting, monthly forecasting, and investment planning
- Financial reporting & analysis: oversee preparation of timely and accurate financial reporting to senior management, including monthly business reviews
- Strategic decision support: partner with leaders to identify and recommend opportunities for cost reductions and process improvements, including end to end expense management across CSBB horizontals
- Partner cross-functionally to make data driven decisions to improve business and financial outcomes on issues with high impact on the success of CSBB
- Identify and recommend opportunities for process improvement, automation and risk control development
Required Qualifications:
- 6+ years of Finance experience or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
- 3+ years of Management experience
