Demand Generation Manager

Position Overview

This role is a full-time, direct hire opportunity that is hybrid in Fort Lauderdale, FL. If you are not local to Fort Lauderdale, the client will pay for travel and board for you to be onsite regularly. This role can not be negotiated to fully remote.


We are seeking a results-driven Demand Generation Manager for our client. This role will lead their marketing efforts aimed at creating and nurturing demand for our products and services. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and executing integrated marketing campaigns that drive lead generation and increase brand awareness, particularly within financial institutions. This role requires a blend of creativity, analytical skills, and a strong understanding of marketing automation tools.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement demand generation strategies to drive lead generation and customer acquisition.
  • Create and activate marketing campaigns across various channels including social media, email marketing, and webinars.
  • Manage the end-to-end campaign process from ideation to execution and reporting.
  • Utilize HubSpot and other tools to automate marketing processes and track campaign effectiveness.
  • Collaborate with sales and product teams to align marketing strategies with business objectives.
  • Analyze campaign performance and provide insights through detailed reporting and analytics.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in demand generation and marketing automation.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in demand generation and lead generation roles.
  • Proficiency in HubSpot and project management tools such as ClickUp.
  • Strong understanding of marketing concepts and strategies relevant to financial institutions.
  • Experience in creating and managing successful social media campaigns and webinars.
  • Excellent analytical skills with a focus on data-driven decision making.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills.

In this position, you may have access to client or customer systems, confidential and/or proprietary information or data, including financial information. This position is onsite and requires you to work closely with other individuals in a collaborative team environment.
