Position Overview
We are seeking a talented Email Marketing Specialist to join our marketing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and executing email marketing campaigns, managing subscriber lists, and analyzing campaign performance to drive engagement and conversions. The Email Marketing Specialist will play a key role in enhancing our email marketing strategy and improving customer reach and retention.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement effective email marketing campaigns to engage customers and prospects.
• Manage and segment subscriber lists to ensure targeted communication and maximize engagement.
• Analyze campaign performance metrics and generate reports to identify areas for improvement.
• Collaborate with the design team to create visually appealing and responsive email templates.
• Test and optimize email content, subject lines, and send times for better open and click-through rates.
• Utilize marketing automation tools such as Responsys to streamline campaign processes.
• Stay up-to-date with email marketing trends and best practices to continuously enhance strategies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
• Proven experience in email marketing, preferably in a similar role.
• Expertise with email marketing platform Responsys (Will be ok with Eloqua, and Bronto) 
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and generate actionable insights.
• Excellent written communication skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
