Job Description
Wilbur-Ellis is seeking a detail-oriented and service-driven People & Culture Experience Coordinator to support employees across the organization. This role manages the People & Culture (P&C) ticketing system and provides timely assistance with P&C functions, including benefits, payroll, performance management, and other employee inquiries. As a key point of contact for employees, this role ensures a seamless experience by delivering accurate information and directing inquiries to the appropriate P&C teams when needed.
Key Duties:
• P&C Ticketing System Management: Oversee and manage the P&C ticketing system, ensuring employee inquiries related to benefits, payroll, performance, and other P&C functions are addressed promptly and effectively.
• Employee Support: Provide first-line support by responding to P&C-related questions, offering guidance on policies and procedures, and escalating complex issues to the appropriate teams.
• Benefits Administration: Assist with employee benefits-related inquiries, enrollments, changes, and terminations. Act as a liaison between employees and benefits providers to resolve issues.
• Payroll Assistance: Partner with the payroll team to ensure employees receive accurate and timely pay, including addressing and resolving payroll and tax discrepancies and assisting with employee timekeeping.
• Support for Other P&C Areas: Provides administrative support and proactively creates employee resources to support various P&C functions such as talent management, learning and development, recruiting, employee relations, employee recognition, and compensation.
• Onboarding & Offboarding Support: Help facilitate smooth transitions for new hires and exiting employees, including documentation, employment verifications, and system updates.
• Process Improvement: Identify opportunities to proactively enhance the employee experience through process efficiencies and improved P&C support.
• Employee Self-Service Assistance: To improve the employee experience, create job aids, knowledge base articles, communications, and updates to internal and external websites to assist with employee self-service options.
• Administrative Support for P&C Department: Assist with various administrative tasks for the P&C department, including employee communications, invoicing, maintaining personnel files, and record requests.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
- Experience: Minimum of 2 years in an HR/P&C support role, employee services, or related administrative function.
- Skills:
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and experience with HRIS or ticketing systems.
- Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and professionalism.
