Chesapeake Public Works - Engineering Division is seeking a goal oriented and dependable individual to perform essential services for Civil 3D Drafting.
Are you a detail-oriented draftsperson looking to step away from a stressful, deadline driven work environment in favor of a better work/life balance? The City of Chesapeake is hiring a full-time Engineering CADD Technician. Your work product will be the backbone of storm drainage and transportation projects that improve the level of safety and quality of life for Chesapeake residents. The environment at the Public Works Department is friendly and based on our core values.
The ideal candidate will have any combination of education and experience equivalent to an associate's degree in computer aided drafting and design or a closely related field.
