Our well-known healthcare client is looking for a Marketing Coordinator who is bi-lingual in both English and Spanish.
This role is:
- 40 hours/week
- Freelance with potential to convert to direct hire
- Starts 1/6/25, and lasts through 5/2/25, with potential of conversion.
- This role is local to the Tampa Bay, FL, area.
The ideal candidate:
- Bi-lingual in both English and Spanish for onsite events
- A minimum of 2 years' experience in marketing events
- Must be able to do public speaking
- Experience working in healthcare / Medicare industries
- Able to commute across the Tampa Bay area for onsite events (some events may require evening hours)
Primary Responsibilities of this role:
- You will be working independently and within a team of Broker Liaisons and Physician Marketing Liaisons across Florida to support activity and achieve organizational goals.
- Plan, coordinate, execute and manage internal and external meetings and events
- Participate in on-site tradeshows, exhibits, and/or sponsorships in the Tampa Bay area
- Manage/collaborate with vendors and strategic partners
- Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders
In this position, you may have access to client or customer systems, confidential and/or proprietary information or data, including medical data. This position is onsite and requires you to work closely with other individuals in a collaborative team environment. Additionally, drug products may be present in the workplace.
