Our client is an emerging global fashion network for shopping, working with some of the most influential creators, artists, athletes, and celebrities. They are currently looking to hire a full-time Brand Relations Coordinator with experience with luxury EMERGING fashion designers.
This is a full-time role, onsite in Soho, 5 days/week.
They are open to folks coming from a like brand, boutique PR firm or even a Buyer from a high end boutique.
In this role, you will be supporting partnerships, onboarding, and collaboration with emerging luxury brands. This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and a keen understanding of brand positioning and market trends. It's an opportunity to take ownership in a highly creative environment, working alongside a team of fashion-forward innovators at the intersection of tech and culture.
Key Responsibilities
Brand Onboarding & Relationship Management
- Serve as a point of contact for partner brands, ensuring smooth onboarding and ongoing communication.
- Maintain and update brand partner databases, ensuring all relevant information is properly documented.
- Assist in managing contracts, brand agreements, and deliverables.
Showroom & Inventory Coordination
- Oversee product intake and inventory tracking for the emcee showroom.
- Coordinate clothing pull requests for content shoots, events, and activations.
- Work closely with the showroom team to ensure product displays align with emcee's brand vision.
Activations & Campaign Support
- Assist in planning and executing brand activations, showroom events, and collaborations.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure brand partners receive the necessary support for marketing initiatives.
- Monitor campaign performance and compile reports on key engagement metrics.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Work closely with the marketing and creative teams to align brand initiatives with broader strategy.
- Support the commercial team in identifying new brand opportunities and maintaining strong relationships with existing partners.
Qualifications
- Experience in brand relations, fashion partnerships, PR, or a related role-preferably in a startup, luxury fashion, or e-commerce environment.
- Strong organizational and project management skills with attention to detail.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced, high-energy environment.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience using data management tools and CRM systems.
