Description:We are Lockheed Martin
This role will provide business analysis support within the IFG F-22 portfolio of contracts. It will offer an excellent opportunity to learn process, systems, and various business rhythms by engaging in various aspects of Finance and Business operations. Such operations include profitability analysis, OSEC (Orders, Sales, EBIT and Cash) commitments, quarterly CSR (Contract Status Report) planning and reporting. Additional operations include program execution activities such as Estimate at Complete (EAC) analysis, Contract Fund Status Report (CFSR), Cost Performance Report (CPR) or Integrated Program Management Report (IPMR), and Funding Notifications. The successful candidate can expect to use complex electronic spreadsheets on a regular basis, including intermediate functions and features of Microsoft Excel, to gather and organize data from multiple systems. This analysis will evolve into developing, modifying, and utilizing Excel and other forecasting and analysis models to guide senior leadership in making real world profitability decisions. Tasks will also include using Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook to develop and deliver accurate, timely reports and communications regarding contract profitability performance. Additional ad hoc support will be required as requested by leadership. The ideal candidate will have demonstrated experience independently handling multiple tasks, in a fast-paced work environment, where a high degree of accuracy is required.

Basic Qualifications:
- Degree in business, finance, or related field
- Strong analytical skills
- Able to extract data from multiple systems
- Understanding of Microsoft Office Tools Suite (Word, PowerPoint, etc.)
- Intermediate Microsoft Excel skills: at least two years of experience using Excel spreadsheets, on a weekly basis, to analyze data, including using Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, etc., in either a work, college or personal application.
- Demonstrated ability to manage time and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
Desired Skills:
- Ability to work both independently and in a team environment
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to manage competing priorities and engagement across a complex portfolio of contracts
- Demonstrated data organization and financial analysis presentation skills
- Data visualization skills, especially developing or modifying Tableau dashboards
- Experience with CSR (Contract Status Reports), LRP (Long Range Plan)
- Experience with financial related projects such as developing and evaluating business cases
- Experience with Earned Value (EV) applications
- Experience with SAP, Deltek or similar business systems

Ability to Work Remotely: Part-time Remote Telework: The employee selected for this position will work part of their work schedule remotely and part of their work schedule at a designated Lockheed Martin facility. The specific weekly schedule will be discussed during the hiring process.
Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
