Our education-focused museum client is looking for a GA4 Analyst to join their team on a 6-month contract with a high likelihood of extension. This position is approximately 35 hours a week and fully remote. You must work EST business hours.
The client recently migrated from Google 360 to GA4. You must have experience working in GA4 and analyzing the data and content properties.
Duties of the GA4 Analyst:
- Audit the current GA4 implementation across the client's websites and ensure proper tagging, data storage, event tracking, etc have been implemented
- Ensure GA4 best practices are being followed to maximize data and reporting
- Ensure GA4 is integrated effectively with external partners i.e. Marketo, Swoogo, eTix, etc
- Create dashboards and streamline existing Looker Studio reports to enhance insights from data
- Build GA4 dashboards
- Establish baseline behavior and aberration tracking to inform audience behavior changes
- Develop KPIs and align analytics implementations for reporting
- Based on insights, provide recommendations to improve the websites, reports, tracking, etc
Requirements of the GA4 Analyst:
- Bachleors degree
- A minimum of 5 years of experience working on analytics, data analysis, marketing, paid media, etc
- A minimum of 3 years of experience configuring Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager
- Expertise with visualization tools such as Looker Studio and Tableau
- Experience working with non-technical stakeholders to translate late technical concepts into digestible language
- Experience working in education, consumer or enterprise data strategy is highly preferred
- Examples of reports, dashboards or findings are highly preferred
