As
a Logistics/Materials Coordinator here at Honeywell Environmental & Energy
Solutions (ESS), you will play a crucial role in the efficient movement and
storage of materials within our manufacturing facility. Your attention to
detail and adherence to safety protocols will ensure that materials are
properly handled and stored, contributing to the overall efficiency of our
operations. You will work as part of a team to receive, inspect, and distribute
materials, as well as maintain accurate inventory records.
You will report directly to our Warehouse Supervisor and you'll work out of our
Orange, TX location.
In this role, you will impact the efficiency and productivity of our
manufacturing operations, ensuring that materials are readily available for
production and minimizing downtime.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
* Receive, inspect, and verify incoming
materials against purchase orders or invoices.
* Store materials in designated
locations, ensuring proper organization and inventory accuracy.
* Maintain accurate inventory records
using computerized systems.
* Follow all safety guidelines and
protocols for material handling.
* Prepare shipments for transport by
providing necessary paperwork and computer transactions
