Partner with the best
As a Manufacturing Supervisor, you will be responsible for:
- Oversight and management of front-line manufacturing employees. Typically managing hourly employee populations.
- Responsible to exchange data and information interaction concerns and also improvements in products, processes and procedures.
- Handles standardized manufacturing processes. Guidelines for choosing the right actions. Processes and procedures are frequently updated by other functions and have to be implemented in the department.
- Leads a small manufacturing unit or a part of a bigger unit with a budget > $ 12 million.
Fuel your passion
To be successful in this role you will:
Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college (or a high school diploma / GED with at least 4 years of experience in Manufacturing Supervision).
Minimum of 3 additional years of experience in Production or Manufacturing Supervision
SAP experience preferred
