Our Construction client is searching for a Marketing Coordinator with design and proposal experience to join their team. This is a full time role based out Richardson, TX. 

Location: Richardson, TX; onsite to start with potential to change to hybrid 
Duration: FTE 

Responsibilities: 

• Write, edit, design, and manage proposals, presentations, and marketing materials.
• Collaborate with teams to identify competitive strengths for proposals and client positioning.
• Research markets, clients, and project opportunities to support business development.
• Maintain and manage proposal data in Unanet CRM and other marketing databases.
• Design layouts, graphics, and media for proposals, events, and marketing collateral.
• Plan events, manage logistics, and prepare related materials.
• Build relationships with clients, partners, and industry stakeholders as part of project pursuits.
• Organize and manage data, ensuring accuracy and accessibility for marketing processes.
• Support public relations, advertising, and direct marketing efforts.
• Promote personal safety within an Incident and Injury Free (IIF) culture.

Requirements: 

• Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, journalism, communications, or related degree. 
• 2+ years of marketing experience required. AEC experience is preferred. 
• Experience and knowledge of the proposal process preferred. 
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint and Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop and InDesign). Illustrator experience a plus. 
• Strong writing, proofreading, and editing skills. 
• Experience with proposals, RFPs and RFQs
• Developed skills (written, oral, and listening) in order to effectively communicate with diverse audiences. 
• Ability to efficiently manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously under time constraints. 
• Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to build successful and lasting relationships.
