Marketing Manager

Position Overview
The Marketing Manager will oversee the development and execution of marketing strategies tailored to business-to-business (B2B) clients. This role is essential for driving brand awareness, generating leads, and enhancing customer engagement through effective marketing initiatives.

This is a full time, direct hire role that will be onsite 3 days/week in St. Louis, MO.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to achieve business objectives.
• Manage and execute marketing campaigns across various channels to promote products and services.
• Analyze market trends and competitors to identify opportunities for growth.
• Collaborate with sales and product teams to align marketing efforts with business goals.
• Measure and report on the effectiveness of marketing campaigns, adjusting strategies as necessary.
• Maintain relationships with external vendors and partners to enhance marketing efforts.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 5+ years in a B2B marketing role.
• Proven experience in marketing execution and strategy development, preferably in a B2B environment.
• Strong understanding of marketing management principles and best practices.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to analyze data and derive actionable insights.

In this position, you may have access to client or customer systems, confidential and/or proprietary information or data. This position is onsite and requires you to work closely with other individuals in a collaborative team environment.
