Marketing Manager-Social Media

Position Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Marketing Manager to lead our marketing initiatives and enhance our brand presence across various social media platforms. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in social media marketing and organizational skills, with a proven ability to manage campaigns and drive engagement.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement comprehensive social media marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and engagement.
• Manage day-to-day social media activities including content creation, scheduling, and monitoring.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align marketing efforts and ensure consistent messaging across all platforms.
• Analyze social media metrics and KPIs to assess performance and optimize strategies accordingly.
• Stay updated on the latest social media trends and technologies to keep the brand at the forefront of industry developments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in social media marketing or digital marketing.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Proficiency in using various social media platforms and tools. Must have an active presence on social media. 
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

In this position, you may have access to client or customer systems, confidential and/or proprietary information or data. This position is onsite and requires you to work closely with other individuals in a collaborative team environment.
