Our major association client is looking for a Marketing Traffic Coordinator to join their team April - July.
The role will be 37.5 hours a week, ideally with the ability to come to their downtown Chicago office on Wednesdays, all other days remote. Fully remote candidates will be considered.
The Marketing Traffic Coordinator will be responsible for:
- Helping monitor and manage marketing projects to ensure deadlines are being met, contacts have materials they need, and timing is on track
- Following up with contacts to ensure next steps can be completed
- Assisting with writing as able
- Tracking projects in Asana
- Helping pull occasional reports within Asana
The ideal Marketing Traffic Coordinator will have:
- Experience with marketing projects
- Strong organizational skills
- Comfortable working with a Project Management tool like Asana or Monday.com
- Writing abilities
Bonus: Experience with marketing automation tools such as Marketo
In this position, you may have access to client or customer systems, confidential and/or proprietary information or data. This position is onsite and requires you to work closely with other individuals in a collaborative team environment.
