Partner Marketing Senior Specialist
Genesys is looking for a Partner Marketing Senior Specialist who is passionate about delivering innovative demand-generation programs for our partners. Reporting to the Senior Manager, Partner Marketing, the ideal candidate will possess both a deep understanding of partner campaign strategies as well as the ability to manage the marketing platform that enables the execution of those campaigns. Success in this role is measured by the growth and quality of new leads generated by partners.
Key responsibilities include:
Build demand generation campaigns (multi-language) for mid-market partners while working closely with region marketing, digital marketing, content strategy and other teams.
Create partner communication and programs to increase campaign activations.
Continuously innovate and introduce new ways to attract and engage with partners to increase campaign activation.
Create self-help training and resources to increase partner enablement.
Adapt existing digital content (such as collateral, white papers, and banners) to support joint marketing with Genesys partners.
Provide digital marketing support to internal partner teams and partners. Respond to questions in a timely fashion
Generate weekly and monthly reports on content and campaign performance.
Suggest and implement ways to improve content creation, campaign execution, and partner usage.
Education:
Bachelor’s degree or relevant experience in digital marketing or a related field.
Experience:
5+ years of marketing/advertising experience, preferably in a high-tech computer-related environment or in a marketing agency/sales environment. An understanding of the B2B model and channel partners or partner programs is strongly preferred.
Proficient in using HTML and CSS. Familiarity with content design tools like Adobe is a plus.
Previous experience creating email, social, and/or web marketing campaigns.
Prior experience using a marketing automation platform (i.e. Marketo, Eloqua, Zift, Salesforce.com, or similar)
Ability to independently achieve successful outcomes with minimal supervision. Comfortable juggling multiple projects with varying deadlines, and multiple stakeholders and approvers.
Quality-focused and excellent attention to detail.
Excellent communication (oral and written) and problem-solving skills
Strong organizational skills. Able to set schedules and deliver projects on time. Prior experience with project management/collaboration software like Asana and Microsoft Teams is desired.
Compensation:
This role has a market-competitive salary with an anticipated base compensation range listed below. Actual salaries will vary depending on a candidate’s experience, qualifications, skills, and location. This role might also be eligible for a commission or performance-based bonus opportunities.
$75,400.00 - $140,000.00Benefits:
