When will you work?
- This position will work onsite in Albany, Ohio Monday - Friday.
What you’ll do:
- Maintain and improve systems to ensure the facility’s continued compliance with applicable state and federal pharmacy/outsourcing facility rules, regulations and accreditation standards
- Fulfill the Ohio and all non-resident State Board of Pharmacy regulatory requirements of a Pharmacist-in-Charge
- Obtain and maintain necessary pharmacist licensure for facility licensing
- Maintain and improve systems for maintaining the Company's current regulatory status with all relevant regulatory bodies
- Understand and help implement cGMP processes as provided in FDA guidance documents
- Co-Lead site inspections and inquiries by FDA, regulatory agencies and accrediting bodies
- Communicate with and represent facility at all Boards of Pharmacy and off site regulatory meetings
- Manage accreditation requirements
- Manage required licensing and renewals
- Participate in and provide pharmacy guidance to facility teams/committees(eg Recall team, complaint team)
- Maintain current training for SOPs as required by the Board of Pharmacy
- Responsible for content for pharmacy based SOPs
- Provide guidance to ensure compliance to DEA regulations
- Provide regulatory and outsourcing support to company cross-functional teams
Who you are:

A registered pharmacist in the state of Ohio with an active license in good standing, as well as experience in being licensed in multiple states.

You have solid interpersonal skills, with the ability to remain calm, professional, diplomatic, and positive in all situations.

A strong communicator with excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills, able to convey complex information clearly, succinctly, and effectively to diverse audiences.

A self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced, timeline-driven environment and is comfortable working with minimal supervision while maintaining effective communication.

You are analytical with a strong problem-solving mindset, demonstrating creativity and innovation when tackling complex challenges.

A natural leader, with experience managing teams and a passion for mentoring and developing healthcare professionals.
What you’ve done:

You have worked in a regulated environment (or equivalent) for 5+ years, ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations.

You hold a Bachelor’s Degree in Pharmacy (BS) or Doctorate Degree in Pharmacy (Pharm.D.).

Hosted inspections and have extensive experience in ensuring compliance with quality standards in the pharmacy setting.

Extensive knowledge of pharmaceutical processes and compounding, including sterile and aseptic compounding.

You’ve demonstrated a strong understanding of quality control processes to ensure the safety and integrity of pharmaceutical products.

You have a track record of mentoring and developing other healthcare professionals, guiding them in their professional growth and skills development.

You are proficient in Microsoft Office tools, ensuring smooth operations and accurate documentation.
