Production Studio Producer

Position Overview
Our Retail Client is looking for a Studio Producer who will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of production within the studio environment. This role includes managing the studio's operations, coordinating set team, and leading the production team to ensure that all projects are executed effectively and efficiently.

• Location: On-site in Columbus, OH
• Hours: 40 hours a week with hours of - 7:30-4:30 or 8:30-5:30 depending on the shoot
• Starts: within weeks
• Duration: 2 to 3 months with the opportunity to extend

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the daily operations of the production studio
• In charge of hair and makeup, models, making sure sets are running smoothly, and helping plan studio for following week shoots.
• Ensure that all production milestones are met on time and within budget
• Supervise the production team and provide guidance throughout the production process
• Maintain clear communication with stakeholders regarding project progress
• Implement and uphold safety and studio protocols during production

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Producer in a production studio environment
• Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Experience in casting and talent management
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
• Knowledge of photo and lighting techniques is a plus

In this position, you may have access to client or customer systems, confidential and/or proprietary information or data. This position is onsite and requires you to work closely with other individuals in a collaborative team environment.
