As a Program Specialist here at Honeywell, you will be accountable for managing and coordinating various programs within the Honeywell Building Automation (BA) business unit. You will play a crucial role in ensuring the successful execution of programs, meeting objectives, and driving growth. This position requires fluency in both English and Spanish to effectively communicate with stakeholders and customers in Spanish-speaking regions. You will report directly to our Program Manager and you'll work out of our Miami, FL location on a hybrid work schedule. In this role, you will impact the success of our programs by collaborating with cross-functional teams, managing program timelines, and ensuring effective communication with stakeholders. You will also be accountable for analyzing program data, identifying areas for improvement, and implementing solutions to drive program efficiency and effectiveness.


KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

* Manage and coordinate various programs within the BA business unit
* Work with cross-functional teams to ensure program objectives are met
* Monitor program timelines and deliverables, ensuring timely completion
* Communicate with stakeholders and customers in Spanish-speaking regions
* Analyze program data and identify areas for improvement
* Implement solutions to drive program efficiency and effectiveness

YOU MUST HAVE

* Fluency in both English and Spanish
* Strong organizational and coordination skills
* Excellent communication and people-oriented skills
