Overview: Our client, a leading IT consulting and cybersecurity firm, is seeking a dynamic Marketing Manager to join their team on a freelance basis, with the intention of transitioning to a full-time role. This remote position favors candidates within the Central Time Zone.

The Marketing Manager will play a pivotal role in supporting the Industry practice teams by developing and managing demand generation programs. These efforts will aim to enhance brand awareness, generate high-quality leads, and accelerate the sales pipeline. Reporting directly to the Director of Marketing, the ideal candidate will possess a strong performance marketing background and hands-on experience with marketing automation tools. The role spans across various IT services practices, including cloud solutions and cybersecurity, with a focus on driving lead generation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and implement marketing strategies to drive revenue growth and customer acquisition.
• Develop a robust sales pipeline through targeted campaigns, lead nurturing, events, and engaging content.
• Conduct in-depth market research and competitive analysis to inform strategies.
• Collaborate with external agencies and content teams to craft personalized, high-impact campaigns.
• Execute, measure, and refine marketing efforts across multiple channels.
• Partner with internal teams to ensure flawless execution of marketing initiatives.
• Create and manage detailed marketing briefs to align stakeholders.
• Leverage analytics to assess campaign success and enhance the digital customer experience.

Qualifications:

• 8+ years of experience in marketing, preferably in a B2B setting.
• Knowledge of technology sectors, including cloud solutions, cybersecurity, and generative AI.
• Proven experience in developing and executing marketing campaigns and events.
• Strong ability to collaborate within teams and work autonomously.
• Creative mindset with a knack for generating unique and impactful marketing ideas.
• Exceptional communication skills-verbal, written, and interpersonal.
• Data-driven with a clear understanding of marketing KPIs and performance metrics.
• Effective project management and organizational abilities.
• Demonstrates initiative, adaptability, teamwork, and a positive attitude.
