The Senior ERP Functional Analyst - Customer Service collaborates with key business and digital stakeholders to translate business strategies and requirements into functional specifications for customer-facing digital solutions and business processes. This role supports ongoing business and participates or leads in projects of varying complexity, focusing on enhancing Customer experience


WHAT YOU WILL EXPERIENCE IN THIS POSITION:

  • A key member of the ERP team, responsible for spearheading change by defining functional requirements and configuring systems to support sales and customer service capabilities. Also responsible for documenting business requirements, system design, and business goals

  • Work closely with business teams (including Customer Care, Sales Operations, and Commercial Finance) to facilitate and translate business requirements into current and future state process maps, specifications, and user stories.

  • Offer expertise in ERP customer service order management, including but not limited to:

  • Sales Order Entry, Interco transactions, Pricing, Rebates, Returns, Warranty and Services, EDI, ATP (available to promise), MDM (Customer Master), Integrations to Ecommerce and sales enablement portals

  • Serve as a process expert, bridging the gap between ERP functionality and nVent’s business processes.

  • Support the implementation, deployment, and maintenance of technical solutions related to processes managed across ERP and its integrated application ecosystem

  • Collaborate with Digital teams in the selection, design, and development of technology solutions, and with business teams in the definition, testing, and implementation of these solutions.

  • Demonstrate your project management skills in an agile environment to ensure projects are completed time and within budget

YOU HAVE:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business or technology with ideally 5+ yrs experience in a functional or IT role supporting Sales, Customer Service or related field or advanced degree with a minimum of 2 years relevant experience

  • Minimum 2 years of experience supporting an ERP Sales and Distribution Module or related field; JD Edwards specific experience strongly preferred

  • Experience in a multi-site manufacturing business environment preferred

  • Supporting full scale ERP implementation experience is beneficial

  • Ability to communicate clearly with digital and business team members across multiple levels & functions of the organization.

  • Results oriented; displays persistence when facing complex challenges; applies problem-solving skills and tools to overcome obstacles & drives accountability for self and team members.

  • Clear, concise written and verbal communication skills.

Pay Transparency

nVent’s pay scale is based on the expected range of base pay for this job and the employee’s work location. Employee pay within this range will be based on a combination of factors including knowledge, skills, abilities, experience, education, and performance. Where federal, state, or local minimum wage requirements exist, employee pay will comply.

Compensation Range:

$76,000.00 - $141,100.00

Depending on the position offered, employee may be eligible for other forms of compensation, such as annual incentives.
