Senior Marketing Manager

Position Overview
The Senior Marketing Manager will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive marketing strategies that drive B2B sales growth and increase brand presence in the market. This role requires a strategic thinker with a strong background in marketing and sales, and the ability to lead cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives.

This is a full time, direct hire role that requires you to be onsite 3 days/week in St. Louis, MO.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement effective B2B marketing strategies to drive sales and market share growth.
• Collaborate with sales teams to create and optimize sales strategies that align with marketing initiatives.
• Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape insights.
• Lead the development of marketing campaigns, ensuring alignment with overall business goals and objectives.
• Manage the marketing budget, ensuring effective allocation of resources to maximize ROI.
• Analyze marketing performance metrics and prepare reports to inform strategic decision-making.
• Oversee the creation of marketing materials, including brochures, presentations, and digital content.
• Work closely with product development teams on go-to-market strategies and product launches.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field; MBA preferred.
• 7+ years of experience in marketing, with a focus on B2B environments.
• Proven track record of developing successful marketing strategies that drive sales growth.
• Strong understanding of sales strategies and how they integrate with marketing efforts.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across departments.
• Experience in go-to-market strategy development is a plus.
• Proficient in marketing analytics and performance measurement tools.
