Clearance: Active Secret Clearance, clearable up to TS/SCI
Employment Type: On-site, 5 days per week in Tampa, FL
Length: 5 year contract
Required Skills:
-5-7+ years of experience with ServiceNow development and administration
-Experience installing and configuring MID Servers with Linux, creating custom SNMP Patterns, Data Policy, etc.
-Experience in ITSM and CMDB at minimum
-Integrations into CMDB
-Secret Clearance with eligibility to get up to a TS/SCI
Nice to have skills:
- ITOM, ITSM, ITAM, and portfolio management
-Linux admin functions
-Maria DB
-Implementation experience
-ITIL 4 CERT
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with team members to support ongoing projects.
- Participate in discovery and learning phases
- Perform hands-on development and coding and ServiceNow scripting.
- Implement and configure ServiceNow
- Ensure compliance with TS/SCI requirements and access to SCI facilities.
Qualifications:
- Strong administrative and development skills, with hands-on experience in coding and scripting.
- Experience with ServiceNow implementation and configuration.
- ServiceNow Admin Certification and sec+ is required; ITIL4 certification is a plus.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent years of experience.
- This role involves working closely with the team to ensure smooth project execution and transition phases.
- The ideal candidate will be proactive, detail-oriented, and capable of working independently.
