Sr Brand Designer

Position Overview
Our Food & Beverage Client is seeking a creative and experienced Sr Brand Designer to join their team in a part-time position working up to 16 hours a week. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in shaping their branded projects and creating visually compelling designs for use in Retail stores. You will be responsible for leading design projects, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and ensuring that our brand message is consistently communicated across all platforms.

This role is: 
-Fully remote, CST & EST based candidates preferred. 
-Part-time, up to 16 hours a week
-No equipment provided, you must use your own computer and adobe licenses. 
-Requires a portfolio of POS, POP, and/or Tradeshow focused samples. 

Key Responsibilities

• Support quick turn design requests. 
• Lead the design process for brand identity projects from concept to execution.
• Create engaging designs for point of purchase and point of sale materials.
• Create iterative briefs of that designs for social, ecommerce, pop/pos, advertising, etc.
• Develop and maintain brand guidelines to ensure consistency across all visual communications.
• Conduct market research to understand consumer preferences and trends in brand design.
• Present design concepts and rationale to stakeholders and incorporate feedback effectively.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Brand Designer or similar role, with a strong portfolio showcasing your work.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, particularly Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop, and Adobe InDesign.
• Strong understanding of brand design principles and best practices.
• Previous experience designing point of purchase and point of sale materials for retail stores. This includes retailer specific die lines.
• Experience in the Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG) industry.
