Sr R&O Maintenance Analyst
As a Sr R&O Maintenance Analyst here at Honeywell, you will play a crucial role in analyzing and optimizing our organization's repair and overhaul maintenance operations. With your expertise in data analysis and maintenance processes, you will identify areas for improvement and develop strategies to enhance operational efficiency and effectiveness. Your insights and recommendations will directly impact the organization's productivity, cost-effectiveness, and compliance with industry standards.
You will report directly to our Maintenance Manager and you'll work out of our Geismar, Louisiana location on site work schedule.
In this role, you will:
* Analyze repair and overhaul maintenance data to identify trends, patterns, and areas for improvement.
* Develop and implement strategies to optimize maintenance processes, reducing downtime and increasing productivity.
* Work with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless coordination and communication between maintenance, engineering, and production departments.
* Monitor and report on key performance indicators related to repair and overhaul maintenance, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
* Stay updated on industry best practices and technological advancements in maintenance analytics and apply them to enhance our operations.
* Facilitate the development and implementation of training programs to enhance the technical skills and knowledge of the maintenance team.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
* Analyze repair and overhaul maintenance data to identify trends, patterns, and areas for improvement.

In October, 2024 Honeywell announced the spin-off of our Advanced Materials business to become a stand-alone publicly traded company, independent of Honeywell. Our intention is that this role, dedicated to the Advanced Materials business, will be a part of this future transaction when the separation occurs

* 5+ mechanical job planning and scheduling
* 5+ sap or similar data base
