Full Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Multi-tasking: Manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously to ensure efficient workflow and timely completion of assignments.
  • Time Management: Prioritize tasks and manage time effectively to meet deadlines and achieve goals.
  • Attention to Detail: Ensure accuracy and attention to detail in all aspects of work, including customer interactions and documentation.
  • Decision Maker: Make informed and timely decisions to resolve customer issues and improve service delivery.
  • Handle Key Accounts: Manage and maintain relationships with key accounts, ensuring their needs are met and any issues are resolved promptly.
  • Work Closely with Logistics and Planning: Collaborate with logistics and planning teams to ensure smooth operations and effective coordination.
  • Handle Escalations from Distribution, Sales, and Customer Service Teams: Address and resolve escalations from various departments to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Support Daily Functions of the Order Entry Team: Provide support and guidance to the order entry team to ensure efficient and accurate order processing.
  • Support the Friends & Family Program: Oversee and support the friends & family program
  • Complete Monthly and Quarterly Audits: Conduct regular audits to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.

Qualifications:

  • 5 Years of proven experience in a customer service management role.
  • Strong multitasking, time management, and decision-making skills.
  • Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to handle key accounts and manage escalations effectively.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several geographic markets. The annual salary for this position ranges from $73,000in our lowest market up to $90,000 in our highest market, plus bonus, equity, and benefits as applicable. The pay for roles at AZEK varies depending on a wide range of factors including but not limited to the specific work location, role, skill set, and level of experience.
