Short Description
In 2023 the Operators handled 700,000 calls with 25 FTE's and only one Manager supporting the operations. YTD for 2023 up to April 2024 they have handled 250,000 calls with an average of 25 FTE's. Our manager needs support to manage a 24/7 365 days operation and maintain an excellent level of support for the patients, their families, our providers and our Cooper team members in the Hospital and the Ambulatory offices.

HIGH SCHOOL OR GED required
Bachelors preferred
Special Requirements
Communication - Ability to communicate with patients, visitors and coworkers
Demonstrated managerial and leadership skills with proven ability to interact effectively with peers and customers.
Strong commitment to excellent customer service.
Ability to coach, mentor, and develop staff.
Strong verbal and written skills.
Knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook required along with ability to learn and troubleshoot basic computer issues.
