Position Overview
The Test Feedback & Logistics Coordinator position is responsible for managing, organizing, and analyzing guest and operator feedback as it relates to menu, food testing, quality assurance and training materials for Texas Roadhouse, Bubba's 33 and Jaggers. Essential functions include but are not limited to the following.
Responsibilities
- Facilitate the rollout of test and/or approved recipe/training materials for all concepts
- Facilitate logistical updates or changes inspired by new procedures
- Coordinate operator orientations for testing
- Facilitate communication that supports testing menu items, products and equipment
- Coordinate store level operational feedback program including Product Coaches
- Coordinate and execute guest feedback program including Service Coaches
- Compile and present guest feedback data from all sources including technology, finance, direct store feedback, and Teams guest feedback portal
- Compile and present results and scoring for all relevant tests
- Compile and present operational feedback throughout the test process
- Continuous operator support: fulfillment, Q&A, troubleshooting
- Collaborate w/Culinary Team on test recipe/training materials for all concepts
- Coordinate the needs of individual Food Team demonstrations, evaluations, and testing
- Operational support for Support Center employee café

Qualifications
- High School education, college degree in culinary or food service preferred
- 5 years cooking/culinary experience in fast casual dining preferred
- Acclimated to BOH environment
- Strong analytical, organizational, and administrative skills
- Excellent communication skills verbal and written
- Proficient in Microsoft Office to include Word, Excel, Adobe, Microsoft Teams
