X-Ray Training Developer/Instructor (Office: Nashville, TN)
Manage the design, facilitation, and execution of X-Ray training for All-Parts, a Philips subsidiary that drives the company’s multi-vendor line of business.
Your role:
Prepares lesson plans based on engineering or software documentation.
Collaborates with various teams to ensure course material is up-to-date.
Teaches classroom and lab sessions.
Analyzes diverse problems and provides consultative advice.
Leads multi-disciplinary change projects and introduces new methods.
You're the right fit if:
Bachelor’s degree with 5+ years experience or Master’s with 3+ years in medical X-ray machines.
Prior training facilitation experience.
Intermediate knowledge of adult learning principles (e.g. ADDIE).
Strong written and oral communication skills.
Experience in cross-functional teams, contributing in specialized and other disciplines.

Philips Transparency Details
The pay range for this position in Nashville, TN is $80,500.00 - $138,000.00
The actual base pay offered may vary within the posted ranges depending on multiple factors including job-related knowledge/skills, experience, business needs, geographical location, and internal equity.
In addition, other compensation, such as an annual incentive bonus, sales commission or long-term incentives may be offered.
