Are you a dynamic leader ready to make an impact? Bluetree Dental Services is seeking an experienced and motivated Director of Revenue Cycle to drive strategic initiatives, streamline practice operations, and support our team's growth.

What You'll Do:

Under the direction of our CFO/VP of Practice Services, you will oversee tasks in the following areas:

  • Revenue Cycle Strategy: Develop and implement strategic revenue cycle plans, lead planning sessions and evaluate market trends and benchmarks to refine strategies.
  • Project implementation and change management: Plan and execute and implement projects, ensuring timely delivery within scope and budget.
  • Performance Optimization: Monitor KPI's, implement process improvements and optimize financial performance, as well as ensuring compliance.
  • Team and Leadership Development: Lead and mentor current team members, create staffing plans and provide training and professional development.
  • Stakeholder Collaboration: Act as a strategic partner to practices, executives, and ownership teams. Collaborate with other departments to align with operational goals.
  • Compliance and Legal Oversight: Ensure Revenue Cycle Operations comply with all federal, state, and local regulations.
  • Special Projects: Tackling high-priority initiatives to drive organizational success.

You'll serve as a trusted advisor, ensuring key decisions and priorities are communicated effectively while fostering collaboration and efficiency across the organization.

  • Expertise in revenue cycle management, including billing, coding, collections, and patient financial services.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret financial data and develop actionable strategies.
  • Proven track record in project management and process improvement.
  • Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Familiarity with revenue cycle management systems, automation tools, and healthcare technology platforms.
  • Ability to foster a collaborative and innovative team environment.
  • Knowledge of compliance standards and regulations for healthcare and dental practices.
